 The Redtail Falconry Display Team arrived on a glorious spring day and brought several birds with them to teach the children about the habitat and camouflage of these birds of prey. They also explained to the children about Conservation and how they can all help the environment. The day ended with an unforgettable flying display on our school grounds when the children watched how the Falcon chases its prey, the agility and speed of the Hawks and the silent flight of the Owl. All the children had their photo taken with the Barn Owl which will be a lovely memento to keep.  |
