School Council

The School Council is a great opportunity for pupils to get involved in the running of the school.  Two representatives from each year group are elected in September and, along with the Head boy and girl, act as the official voice of all the pupils.  The Council discusses matters that are important and affect the whole school.

The Council meet regularly (every term).
A School Council benefits the whole school
It gives pupils the chance to express their views
Pupils can have an input on important decisions
Pupils can develop confidence and communication skills

Aims of the Council:
    To represent the student body
To gather the views of pupils about improving the school
To consider ideas and proposals for the further improvement and development of the school.
