Children in Need
Pupils raised money and took part in activities to explore how they can focus on their wellbeing as part of Children in Need day on Friday 13th November.
Children could wear their own clothes or wear spots, stripes and Pudsey ears as part of the day to raise money for Children in Need.
Activities included Year 6 starting their day by leading a Zumba session to help pupils feel motivated and give them energy. Children in Year 3 and 4 looked at a range of things they could do to focus on themselves and take time out. This included working on their breathing, thinking about their special qualities and thinking about what they’re grateful for. They also took part in a yoga session.
The activities were a great opportunity for all pupils to explore ways to reflect and focus on their well being.
